Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged due to mishandling after delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
  • Custom or personalised orders

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
